Changing Opinions and Policy on Marijuana
Louis Celli, who is National Director of Veteran’s Affairs and Rehabilitation for The American Legion will be calling in the studio. Louis and Msgr. Sullivan will talking about the American Legion’s support for reclassifying marijuana in light of changing opinion and policy on marijuana. Reclassification would allow large-scale Federal research into whether cannabis and cannabis-based products can help veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and similar disorders. Just this week, Vermont became the 9th State (in addition to the District of Columbia) to legalize recreational marijuana.
