The Winter Olympics and President’s Day Weekend 2018

On this week’s episode of JustLove, Monsignor Kevin Sullivan will speak with two guests covering the Winter Olympics and President’s Day weekend.

Rebecca Dussault, American Cross Country Skier and participant in the 2006 Winter Olympics Torino, Italy, as well as a Speaker, Trainer, and Catholic wife and mother, will be talking to Msgr. Sullivan about her experiences at the 2006 Winter Olympics and how her Catholic faith sustained her – both during her years of competitive skiing and afterward.

James O’Toole, Ph.D., Clough Professor of History at Boston College; given President’s Day Weekend, will be talking to Msgr. Sullivan about the only Catholic – John F. Kennedy – ever to be elected to the Presidency of the United States, and will particularly focus on an important speech that then Senator Kennedy to the Greater Houston Ministerial Association, where he spoke of his Catholicism and in relation to his candidacy for the Presidency of the United States.
