Sullivan about Paul’s 2007 book: “The Irish General” which discusses the life and legacy of Thomas Francis Meagher, the noted Irish patriot and exile who led the Irish Brigade from New York in the American Civil War and served as Governor of the Montana Territory until his death in 1867.
